Where do you ship?
At the moment, we only ship within Australia. We’re currently working on expanding our shipping to the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom, and hope to offer international shipping soon.
How do Belu ballet flats fit?
Our ballet flats have a slightly generous fit, so we recommend sizing down. Please refer to our size guide for the best fit.
What if I order the wrong size?
If you’ve ordered the wrong size, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to guide you through the exchange process, provided the shoes meet our return conditions.
